Join 200hr RYT & School Teacher Jamie Olson for a yoga class designed especially for your 10-16yr old
Sundays 3:00-4:15 June 4-25 (4 sessions) Eagle Ridge YMCA
This class will include discussion, confidence building, relaxation exercises, breathing techniques, anatomy learning and age-appropriate yoga poses and flow. Aside from the physical benefits, yoga teaches teens techniques for coping with the stresses they encounter as they navigate through school and social life. This class will offer a lot of FUN, balanced with mindfulness exercises, and will focus on loving our own unique selves. The last 30mins of each class will be a Relaxation Restorative Yoga practice.
