Join certified 200hr Yoga Teacher and Mother of 2 Tara-Lynn McIver as she teams up with some wonderful ladies from our Fort McMurray Yoga community to bring you this amazing workshop for Moms! This 4 class series will bring moms together to help re-kindle our personal identity and authentic voice that we often lose in the daily life of motherhood. Along with a guided yoga class each session, we will also discuss self care, self compassion, strategies for calmer parenting, mindfulness practices to cultivate responding vs. reacting, an exploration of our emotional patterns and triggers, an introduction to meditation practices and NEW for our Spring sessions, discussion on mindful parenting and cultivating mindfulness in our children!
This workshop series will start us on a more mindful path for ourselves and our families. All levels welcome, including those new to yoga.
