We are committed to open and ongoing communication with our franchisees to ensure that we are providing them with the support they require to operate a successful franchise in their community.
Shine Kids Fitness provides an extensive training program for new franchisees and their Shine team. On location training begins four months prior to opening led by experienced Shine personnel who will train on Shine’s successful systems to staff and management. Staff will also have in-studio access to tested and tried manuals. Experienced Shine personnel will remain in weekly contact for one-month pre-opening, and one month post opening, at which time the franchisee will have an assigned manager / franchisee who will ensure the team has everything they need to be successful and profitable.
Shine Kids Fitness marketing strategy helps new and existing franchisees draw-in guest traffic, increase community awareness and build repeat guests. Each franchisee will receive consultation and training on overall brand, and individual location marketing action plans.
